Last night Bruce and Ryan were playing a game together. I don't know what they were talking about but I came back in to start folding laundry and Bruce is telling Ryan that if he got $50K he would still have to work, not if he had $50 million.
Bruce told Ryan, "We had $50K once."
Ryan: "You did? And you spent it? On what?!"
Bruce: "Hookers and Booze"
Ryan: "For Grandpa?"
I started laughing so hard. Ryan had no idea why. I'm sure Ryan has no idea what a "hooker" is, which was confirmed when he was trying to explain his answer
Ryan: "Because Grandpa likes fishing and he needs lots of hooks for that?"
He still doesn't know what a "hooker" is - Bruce! - but we got a good laugh out of it and magically distracted him with a game. He's too easy sometimes.
