HAPPY 3 MONTHS BABY GIRL!!!!
In 3 months Mia has taught me that if I rely on my instincts we would do just fine (but that still doesn't stop me from reading every baby book known to man), that there are more important things in life than a clean house and laundry, that nothing else matters once you see a baby smile at you in the dark at 4 in the morning, there's no sound in the world better than a baby giggle, and that I should throw my plans out the window on some days because it's just not worth it to disrupt a routine or to upset a fussy baby. Of course she has taught me a lot more than this but there are too many things to count and I'm sleep deprived because she's having trouble sleeping through the night in her pack and play. I'm thinking about going back to the rock and play just to get a full night's sleep again. Transition, smansition. I need sleep!
But back to another milestone....Mia is a quarter of a year old so we celebrate with pictures!!!
